We will meet once per month after the Saturday morning class with a
special opportunity to get together to deepen our practice, expand our
knowledge and enhance our experience.
Have you always wanted to learn how to do a headstand? Or are your
looking to perfect your handstand? Maybe you would like to discuss
more of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and master a greater
understanding of the fruits of this ancient tradition of Yoga. We
will use this special time as an opportunity to come together to learn
the subtle techniques, skills, alignment and awareness necessary to
expand our practice. Sometimes it is a minor adjustment in alignment
or an expansion of breath or the opportunity for questions answered
that will help take our practice to a more profound and experiential
level.
Join us with like-minded yogis in a safe and welcome environment and
we will explore, learn and grow together.
