Hi, and thanks for visiting kendallinman.com! I’m Kendall Inman, and I’m a yoga teacher, yoga consultant, and the founder of Living Yoga Dallas.

After spending the first 30 years of my life in Idaho and California, I moved to Dallas, Texas, where I currently live. I spent many years working in sales and marketing in the corporate world for fashion leaders like Guess Jeans, Donna Karan, and Pepe Jeans/Tommy Hilfiger. But I always possessed a true love of fitness, health and wellness, which in part grew from the ashtanga yoga classes I took back during my college days.

Although I thrived in sales and marketing, I retired early to parent three wonderful stepchildren, Alex, Olivia and Sam. I also welcomed my awesome son Jake into the world 12 years ago and March 2010 we added a grandson Will. It was during this time that I rediscovered the practice of yoga. I began taking classes at my local fitness center, and sought out teachers to further my practice whenever I traveled.

In 2002, after traveling the summer and experiencing yoga in many different places, I returned to Dallas and realized that our community needed an ongoing series of workshops presented by master Yoga instructors from around the country and the world. It was then that I founded Living Yoga Dallas, with the intention to expand and enhance the practice of yoga for the community. I continue to be passionate about bringing the practice of yoga to everyone, and host the world’s finest yoga events, workshops and trainings with the world’s finest yoga teachers.

In 2003, I became a registered yoga alliance teacher. I have extensive training in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. I’ve enjoyed studying with the world’s finest yoga masters, and am thrilled that I have been able to do so in my own community of Dallas.

I teach group classes in Dallas, and Playa del Carmen, Mexico as well as workshops and master classes at studios nationally and internationally. I’ve been known to many as the Urban Yogi, encouraging my students to connect movement with breath, and calm and steady the mind to create an energetically enhancing experience not just inside the yoga studio, but in our everyday busy lives.

My classes are accessible to all levels of practice, yet vigorous and challenging, with very special attention to breath and alignment. My classes involve a vigorous flow, attention to holding poses, and working on focus, alignment and breath. I also make sure all classes involve a deep relaxation and meditation.

I now spend time in two homes so look for me teaching in Dallas, Texas and  Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
